We dive as deep as necessary to evaluate your firm’s operations and outline recommendations that can make the biggest difference for you.
We provide specific coaching to one or more of your team members, focusing on their roles, duties and needs. We have found that mentoring key staff can significantly increase the positive impact they can make on a department and the firm overall. By establishing goals, we teach them to successfully execute their duties and excel in their roles. Coaching can be monthly or quarterly.
We work with firms to create educational and engaging annual events where everyone comes together to learn about the firm and their roles therein. These events are a great opportunity to share the firm vision, provide training on new platforms and processes and inspire the team to recognize the importance of providing outstanding client service.
With video conferencing, we successfully work with many clients remotely, with no need to travel. However, being based in Las Vegas, other clients enjoy coming to our city to meet at our office for a thorough discussion of their operational processes, procedures and needs. Conversely, we occasionally travel to clients’ offices to view the operations and meet key players in person. Regardless, we follow this up with a key recommendations document…identifying what actions can be taken to smoothen operations, improve reporting and maximize profitability.

This could be an intake department, which has a massive ripple effect on the rest of the firm (especially its profitability). The ASCEND Consulting team specializes in providing a thorough review, followed by recommendations and implementation assistance.
Regularly scheduled video/conference calls allow us to discuss your pain points and create action steps to resolve them. Clients tell us it helps to discuss what progress they’ve made on their goals since the last call and talk through any new issues that may have arisen.
These events allow us to navigate through your internal operations (non-financial) to identify what is and is not working well. We often discover that even “good” areas can stand improvement, either through process enhancements or staff realignment. Post-summit, we provide a recap document that outlines recommendations to integrate with the help of the ASCEND team.
